Anyone going? I don't want to go by myself. I was thinking that, taking a class with Raquy would be cool. :)

Did not want to post this publicly but FYI they dissed Tucson performers so most of us will not be going.

ooops did not get to finish the post, I was hoping some of the wonderful dancers from down here would be asked to represent :( so I am a bitter dork, whatever! I will be studying with Fat Chance right after that so no $$$$ anyway :)
Anyway to get more info the site is trashcityentertainment.com
I know Anaya is performing and they are great gals as is Diosa, and Deja, it is my understanding the whole show will be to live drummers. As far as workshops I could not find any info either, I would suggest e-mailing Glen at whiteclaws.com

FYI, no dissing was involved. The staff from Pharos only booked the bands and the bands chose who their dancers would be; usually dancers who regularly perform with those musicians.

Wow! I had only looked at the first part of that post before and totally missed the zills instruction. Anyone know the instructor for the sword floorwork and precision flow workshops?

I hope you know none of you has anything to be bitter about. Your community knows you girls are talented, pleasant to work with and "skilled at dancing with musicians" (after all, isnt that how you started out!?) You have made Tucson a little tribal community and I am proud of you. You all need only to be proud of your achievements and how far you have come.
Rise above and keep moving on your fortunate paths.
